Interior Lamps And Lighting
The interior lighting in the vehicle is achieved through the following light sources:
- Front central roof light.
- Rear central roof light.
- Passenger side glove compartment light.
- Luggage compartment lights.
- Puddle Lights.
- Where a sun roof is present, there are two roof lights at the rear, located on the left and right side, next to the handles.
The Body Computer manages the interior lighting through fixed power supplies (HSDs); earths (LSDs). Bulb-activation switch.
- Rear left roof light (only for versions with sun roof)
- Rear right roof light (only for versions with sun roof)
- Rear central roof light (only for versions without sun roof)
- Passenger side glove compartment light.
- Glove compartment switch.
- Driver side puddle light.
- Passenger side puddle light.
- Tailgate switch and actuator.
- Luggage compartment light
- Passenger sun visor light
- Driver sun visor light.
- Front central roof light.
- Headlight height adjustment wheel.
- Backlighting dimming adjustment wheel.
Internal bulb brightness adjustment is available for the NAFTA market. The BCM controls the bulbs with Pulse Width-Modulated (PWM) signals. The interior brightness can be adjusted using a small dedicated wheel located in the exterior light control.
Backlighting and compartment lighting
- The Body Computer (BCM) also manages the activation and, consequently, dimming of the backlighting on the following components:
- dashboard
- central tunnel
- door panel switch module.
- Steering wheel controls
Dimming is managed by the BCM via a small control wheel beside the exterior light control knob.
The BCM also orders the activation of the compartment lights indicated below:
- front door handle lights
- door panel picket lights
- cup holder lighting
- compartment lights on front central roof light
- PWM (HSD) compartment lighting command
- PWM (HSD) backlighting command
- Front door handle lighting
- Oddments pocket lighting.
- Night lights
- Cup holder lighting.
- IPC - Instrument Panel Cluster.
- RRM - Radio Receiver Module.
- HVAC - (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) Climate control module.

- SWS - (Steering Wheel Switch) steering wheel controls.

- CSWC - (Cruise Control Steering Wheel Command) cruise control steering wheel controls.
- CSS - (Central Stack Switch - Group of central switches on dashboard.)
- GSM - (Gearbox Shifter Module) Gearbox selector lever module.
- HLS - (Headlamp Switch) Exterior light/dimming control switch unit.
- EPBS - Electric Parking Brake Switch.
- SRU - (Sun Roof Unit) sun roof control unit.
- CL - (Cigarette Lighter) Cigar lighter light.
- FCLU - (Front Light Ceiling Light Unit) front central roof light night lights.
- ASBM - (Auxiliary Switch Bank Module) auxiliary switch unit - seat heater control.
- ECSB - Emergency Call Switch Bank.
