Pump, Power Electronics Coolant: Description

The Power Electronics coolant pump (4) is a 50 watt electric pump. It is used to circulate coolant through the OBCM, radiator and the electronic drive unit to remove heat buildup. The pump has an inlet (5) fitting and an outlet (1) fitting for hose connections. The pump is attached to the front of the eMotor with two bolts (2). The pump is a 12V DC vane style component and is actuated through a three wire connector (3). The pump has no serviceable parts and is to be replaced as an assembly.
