Compressor, Electric Air Conditioning (EAC): Operation

The Vehicle's High Voltage Electric A/C Compressor (EAC) is a variable speed, scroll type compressor that is controlled by the Electric Vehicle Control Unit (EVCU) through the high speed CAN. The Compressor can supply a continuous flow of refrigerant, cooling the Vehicle's passenger compartment air regardless of Vehicle speed.
