Motor, Blower: Installation

  1. Position the blower motor (4) into the left side of the HVAC housing (5) and install the three retaining screws (1 and 3). Tighten the screws to 0.8 N.m (7 in. lbs.).
  2. Connect the wire harness connector (2) to the blower motor.
  3. Power up the high-voltage system. Refer to HIGH-VOLTAGE POWER UP .
  4. Connect the 12-Volt negative battery cable.
