Lamp, Side Repeater: Installation: Lamp

- Be certain that a rubber O-ring seal is properly installed and in good condition around the base of the bulb socket (2).
- Align the socket and bulb with the keyed opening on the back of the repeater lamp lens/housing (3).
- Insert the socket and bulb into the housing until the socket is firmly seated.
- Rotate the socket clockwise about 30 degrees to lock it into place.
- Position the repeater lamp to the fender (1) mounting hole.
- Using hand pressure, press the lamp lens/housing into the fender mounting hole until it snaps into place.
- Connect the 12 volt negative battery cable.
- Power up the high voltage system. Refer to HIGH-VOLTAGE POWER UP .
