Switch, Defogger: Description
The switch (1) for the rear window defogger system (also known as the Electric Backlight (EBL) system) is located near the center of the instrument panel (2). When the rear window defogger switch is pressed to on, a request signal is sent to the Body Control Module (BCM) to operate the EBL system and an amber indicator in the instrument cluster illuminates.
