Diagnosis And Testing - Amplifier

Any diagnosis of the Audio system should begin with duplicating the customer concern (verify the problem), include checking for applicable Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) and the use of a diagnostic scan tool. Check for any Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) data. If a DTC is found, refer to DTC Based Diagnostics - Radio and perform the appropriate diagnostic procedure before proceeding in this information.
