Diagnostic Test

VERIFY OPERATION OF THE SCREEN
NOTE:
Before performing the diagnostic test, make sure that any part of the ETM/LTM bezel is not contacting the display screen.
1. With the scan tool, read Entertainment Telematic Module (ETM/LTM) DTCs and record on the repair order.
2. Remove the ETM/LTM bezel.
3. With the scan tool, erase the DTCs.
4. Wait 60 seconds.
5. With the scan tool, read DTCs.
  Did the DTC return?
  
  Yes
  - Replace the Entertainment Telematic Module (ETM/LTM) in accordance with the Service Information.
  No
  - Go to 2
CHECK ETM/LTM BEZEL
1. Reinstall the ETM/LTM bezel.
2. With the scan tool, erase DTCs.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. With the scan tool, read DTCs.
  Is the DTC active?
  
  Yes
  - Replace the Radio bezel in accordance with the Service Information.
  - Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
  No
  - Test complete.
