Theory Of Operation

The Body Control Module (BCM) receives a hardwired stop lamp signal from the Stop Lamp Switch indicating the Brake Pedal is applied. When this signal is received, the BCM provides a voltage output through the Left and Right Stop Lamp Driver circuit to the Left and Right Tail Lamp Assemblies.
