Glass, Sunroof, Front: Adjustments

  1. If possible, use the sunroof switch to open the sunroof fully.
    NOTE:

    If this function is not possible, do not persist in using the sunroof switch. Damage to the sunroof motor may occur.

  2. Remove the sunroof motor. Refer to MOTOR, SUNROOF, REMOVAL .
  3. With the help of an assistant, position one person on the right and one on the left sides of the sunroof front glass. Carefully, manually slide the glass to the rear end of mechanical travel.
    NOTE:

    Avoid jamming the sunroof front glass due to misalignment as much as possible.

  4. Make certain the sunroof front glass is at the end of mechanical travel on both sunroof guides.
  5. With the use of a tape measure or equivalent, check the points of symmetry of the sunroof frame in relation the sunroof glass.
  6. Install the sunroof motor. Refer to MOTOR, SUNROOF, INSTALLATION .
