Cylinder, Clutch Master: Installation

- Install the pedal assembly to the vehicle, tighten the mounting nuts to 16 N.m (12 lb. ft.).
- Connect the brake pedal to the brake master cylinder push rod.
- Connect the clutch start (1) and brake lamp switches (2).
- Install the instrument panel reinforcement. Refer to PANEL, INSTRUMENT, INSTALLATION .
- Install the supply hose to the brake master cylinder crimp the new
hose clamp with Crimping Pliers (special tool #10288, Pliers, Hose Clamp).
- Install the battery tray Refer to TRAY, BATTERY, INSTALLATION .
- Raise the vehicle.
- Connect the high pressure line to the master cylinder.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Bleed the clutch hydraulic circuit. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
