Glove Box Dampener

Open the glove box (2).
Using a trim stick (special tool #C-4755, Trim Stick) or equivalent, remove the stop blocks (1) from the glove box (2).

Slightly lower the glove box and release the retainer (1) for the travel limiter.
Completely lower the glove box.

Remove the fasteners (2) from the travel limiter (1).
Remove the travel limiter (1).
