Cover, Steering Column Opening: Installation

1. Position the steering column closeout panel lower retainer channel (2) to the knee blocker air bag bracket.
2. Fold the material (4) over and inward.
3. Rotate the steering column closeout panel (1) upward, engaging the retainers (3) fully.

4. Install the two fasteners (1) into the fuse access area and tighten securely.
5. Position and secure the diagnostic terminal (3) to the steering column closeout panel (2).

6. Position the fuse access cover (1) to the instrument panel cover.
7. Engage the fuse access cover (1) retaining clips fully.
