Cylinder, Door Lock: Removal
- Remove the screw access cover (1) from the inner door.
- Turn the inner screw clockwise
to the end of travel. This will release the lock cylinder.
- To aid in lock cylinder removal, insert the vehicle key (2) into the lock cylinder (1).
- Turn the key slightly and pull the lock cylinder from the door.
- If necessary, remove the lock cylinder cap (1) from the lock cylinder (2) by using a small pick to release the retainers (3) and slide the cap off.
