Jet, Piston Oil Cooler: Removal
NOTE:
Piston oil cooler jet for cylinder one shown. Piston oil cooler jets for cylinders two, three and four are similar.
- Remove the piston and connecting rod(s). Refer to ROD, PISTON AND CONNECTING, REMOVAL .
- Remove the crankshaft. Refer to CRANKSHAFT, REMOVAL .
- Using a suitable drift (1), drive the piston oil cooler jet(s) (2) from the engine block.
- Discard the piston oil cooler jet(s), they are not reusable.
