Fascia, Front: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  3. Loosen the fasteners and remove retainers (1) from the lower fascia (2).

  4. Remove the wheelhouse splash shield fasteners (2).
  5. Remove the front fascia to fender fastener (1).
  6. Repeat on the opposite side.

  7. Remove fasteners (1) from the side marker lamp access panel (2).
  8. Remove the access panel (2) and disconnect the side marker lamp wiring connector.
  9. If so equipped, remove fasteners (3) from the fog lamp access panel (4).
  10. Remove the access panel (4) and disconnect the fog lamp wiring connector.
  11. Repeat on the opposite side.

  12. Lower the vehicle.
  13. Remove the front fascia fasteners (1) from under the hood.
  14. Pull out on the front fascia (2) sides at the fender to disengage the retaining tabs.
  15. Remove the front fascia (2) from the vehicle.
