When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

• Battery voltage between 10.5 and 15.75 volts.
• ASD Relay commanded on.
• The O2 Sensor Heater circuit low fault is not active.
• The PCM is commanding the O2 Sensor heater driver duty cycle above 0%.
