CHECK FOR AN ACTIVE DTC
- Turn the ignition on.
- With the scan tool, read TPM Module DTCs.
- With the scan tool, erase stored DTCs.
- Turn the ignition off.
- Turn the ignition on.
- With the scan tool, read TPM Module DTCs.
Did the DTC return?
Yes
- Replace the Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPM) Module in accordance with the service information. Refer to MODULE, TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING (TPM) .
- Perform the TPM VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to TPM VERIFICATION .
No
- The conditions that caused this code to set are not present at this time. Using the wiring diagram/schematic as a guide, inspect the wiring and connectors.
- Perform the TPM VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to TPM VERIFICATION .
