Body, Air Cleaner: Removal

  1. Disconnect the wastegate solenoid vent hose (3) from the turbocharger inlet duct (1).
  2. Disconnect the EVAP hose quick release fitting (2) from the turbocharger inlet duct (1)

    Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE - ENGINE OIL AND FILTER CHANGE  .

  3. Loosen the clamp (6) at the turbocharger inlet duct (1) and remove the duct from the hose.
  4. Remove the bolt (4) from the air inlet hose.

  5. Disengage four ball stud mounts (3) and lift the air cleaner body (1) off of the engine.
  6. Remove the fresh air make-up hose (2) from the oil separator housing and remove the air cleaner housing from the vehicle.
