Body, Air Cleaner: Removal

  1. Remove the engine cover (1).

  2. Loosen the clamp (1) at the throttle body.
  3. Remove the fresh air make-up hose (3) from the air cleaner housing.
  4. Remove the two bolts (4)
  5. Disengage the air inlet hose (2) from the air cleaner cover.
  6. Disengage the ball stud mount (5) and lift the air cleaner body (6) off of the intake manifold.
  7. Open the hose retainer (7), reposition the coolant hose (8) and remove the air cleaner body (6) form the vehicle. BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL
