Diagnostic Test

VERIFY DTC IS ACTIVE 

1. Turn the ignition on.
2. With the scan tool, read active DTCs.
   NOTE:

   If the scan tool displays DTC: U0019-01 CAN B BUS - GENERAL ELECTRICAL FAILURE, diagnose and repair this DTC before proceeding.

   Does the scan tool display this DTC as active?

   Yes 

   • Refer to NO RESPONSE FROM TPM (TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING) MODULE and perform the NO RESPONSE FROM TPM (TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING MODULE) diagnostic procedure.

   No 

   • Refer to STORED LOST COMMUNICATION DTCS and perform the STORED LOST COMMUNICATION DTCS diagnostic procedure.
