C635 DDCT/C635 Transaxle

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  2. Remove the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, REMOVAL .

  3. Disconnect the downstream oxygen sensor connector (1).
  4. Open the harness retainer (2).

  5. Remove the exhaust pipe flange nuts (1).

  6. Remove the exhaust pipe bracket bolt (1).
  7. Position the exhaust pipe aside to allow for mount service.

  8. Remove the mount to bracket nut (2). Leave the bracket (1) attached to the transmission case.
  9. Remove the through bolt (5).
  10. Position the engine forward to allow for mount removal.
  11. Remove the isolator through bolt (4).
  12. Remove the mount (3) from the vehicle.
