Diagnostic Test

CHECK FOR AN ACTIVE DTC
- With the scan tool, read Entertainment Telematic Module (ETM/LTM) DTCs and record on the repair order.
- With the scan tool, erase (ETM/LTM) DTCs.
- Press and release each of the buttons on the (ETM/LTM) three times.
- Wait 60 seconds.
- With the scan tool, read DTCs.
Did the DTC return?
Yes
- Replace the (ETM/LTM) in accordance with the Service Information. Refer to RADIO, REMOVAL .
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
No
- Test complete.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
