Shaft, Output: Assembly: Assembly

Install the rear bearing race to the shaft using the Bearing Splitter (special tool #P-334, Splitter, Bearing).

Install needle bearing (1).

Install the first and second gear synchronizer hub assembly using (special tool #C-3095-A, Installer, Bearing).

Install the snap ring.

Install the needle bearing.

Install the second/third driven gears, third gear spacer and the fourth driven gear to the main shaft.

Using Bearing Installer (special tool #L-4507, Installer, Bearing) (1), press the gears into place.

Using (special tool #L-4507, Installer, Bearing) (1) install the new rear bearing (3) into place, install the new snap ring to the bearing.
