Seal, Input Shaft: Removal: Removal

  1. Remove the transmission from vehicle. Refer to REMOVAL .
  2. Remove the torque convertor from the transmission assembly. Refer to TORQUE CONVERTER, REMOVAL .
  3. Use Seal Remover (special tool #9667, Remover, Seal) and Slide Hammer (special tool #C-3752, Slide Hammers) to remove the oil pump seal (1).
