Housing-Air Inlet

NOTE:

If the foam seal on the inlet housing is deformed or damaged, the seal must be replaced.

Position the air inlet housing (2) onto the HVAC housing (5).
Install the three screws (1 and 3) that secure the air inlet housing to the HVAC housing. Tighten the screws to 0.8 N.m (7 in. lbs.).
Connect the wire harness connector (6) to the recirculation door actuator (4).
Install the HVAC housing assembly. Refer to HOUSING, HVAC, INSTALLATION .
