Mount, Motor: Installation: Lower

  1. Install the clevis bracket to the gearbox.
  2. Install the three bolts (1).
    NOTE:

    THE CLEVIS BOLTS MUST BE TORQUED IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER. 

  3. Torque the three bolts to 50 N.m (37 ft. lbs.).
  4. Loosen the three bolts 180°.
  5. Torque the three bolts to 63 N.m (46 ft. lbs.).
  6. Position the lower mount at the frame.

  7. Install the strut mount bolts (2) and the isolator through bolt (1).
  8. Tighten the strut mount bolts to 109 N.m (80 ft. lbs.).
  9. Tighten isolator through bolt to 100 N.m (74 ft. lbs.).
  10. Remove the support stand and lower the vehicle.
