Diagnostic Test

CHECK FOR POWER ELECTRONICS COOLING SYSTEM DTCS
1. Turn Ignition to on Position.
2. With the scan tool, select View DTCs.
  Are there any other cooling related DTC's stored?
  
  Yes
  
  Using the service procedure, repair these DTC's first.
  
  No
  - Go To 2
DTC IS ACTIVE
1. Turn Ignition to on Position.
2. Connect the customers EVSE charging unit to the vehicle.
3. With the scan tool, select View DTCs.
  Is the status Active for this DTC?
  
  Yes
  - Go To 3
  No
  - Perform the INTERMITTENT CONDITION diagnostic procedure. Refer to INTERMITTENT CONDITION .
CHECK THE COOLING SYSTEM OPERATION
1. Using the service information as a guide, inspect the cooling system operation.
  Is the cooling system operating correctly?
  
  Yes
  - Replace the On-Board Charging Module in accordance with the service information. Refer to MODULE, ON-BOARD CHARGING (OBCM), REMOVAL .
  - Perform the EVCU VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to EVCU VERIFICATION TEST .
  No
  - Perform the appropriate repair.
  - Perform the EVCU VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to EVCU VERIFICATION TEST .
