Diagnostic Test

CHECK FOR RELATED DTCS
1. Turn the ignition on.
2. With the scan tool, read Body Control Module (BCM) DTCs.
  Are there any communication DTCs present?
  
  Yes
  - Refer to DIAGNOSTIC CODE INDEX and perform any communication diagnostic procedure before proceeding.
  No
  - Go To 2
CHECK IF THE DTC IS ACTIVE
1. Turn the ignition on, vehicle in run mode.
2. Turn the A/C on to max cold.
3. Wait a minimum of 60 seconds.
4. With the scan tool, read Electric Vehicle Control Unit (EVCU) DTCs.
  Is the status for this DTC Active?
  
  Yes
  - This DTC is an informational DTC that will set if the EVCU receives a message over the Can Bus showing no Electric Compressor RPM when a request was sent. for EAC diagnostics. Refer to DIAGNOSTIC CODE INDEX .
  No
  - Perform the INTERMITTENT CONDITION diagnostic procedure. Refer to INTERMITTENT CONDITION .
