Set Condition

Condition One:
The APM voltage is captured at the start of a pump ON command and measured again after 20 seconds.
Failure is detected if the difference of measured current before and after Pump ON is less than a 1.5 amps.
Condition Two:
The APM voltage is captured at the start of a pump OFF command and measured again after 20 seconds.
Failure is detected if the difference of measured current before and after Pump OFF is less than a 1.5 amps.
