When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

Battery voltage greater than 11.0 volts.
Fuel level greater than 12%.
Odometer mileage greater than 24.6 miles.
Total Port Mass Flow between 4 grams/second and 200 grams/second.
Downstream O2 Sensor in closed loop mode.
