Possible Causes
USED CONTROLLER INSTALLED WITH WRONG CONFIGURATION
BCM NOT PROPERLY PROGRAMED OR WAS REPLACED AND NOT PROGRAMED
NEW PCM INSTALLED
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE
