When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- With the engine is running.
- Turbocharger Wastegate Valve control active.
- No circuit faults present for the MAP Sensor, Wastegate Solenoid, Turbocharger Surge Valve Solenoid, or Boost Pressure Sensor.
