This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

With the engine running.
Vehicle speed between 32.2 km/h (20 mph) and 112.65 km/h (70 mph).
Throttle open for a minimum of 240 seconds.
Engine speed between 1024 RPM and 3008 RPM.
Calculated engine load between 29% and 80%.
