When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- Engine coolant above 20°C.
- Accelerator pedal not pressed.
- engine speed between 650 and 1300 RPM.
- No Camshaft Position Sensor or Crankshaft Position Sensor failures detected.
