Set Condition

The On-Board Charging Module (OBCM) detects that the Control Pilot Voltage is above 11.5 volts for 0.4 second indicating that the Pilot Circuit is connected when the Proximity Circuit is not or that the Proximity Circuit is shorted to the Battery.
