Pedal, Accelerator: Removal: Removal

The Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor (APPS) and the accelerator pedal are serviced together as an assembly including the bracket.

  1. Disconnect the accelerator pedal position sensor (APPS) electrical connector (1).
  2. Remove the accelerator pedal bracket nuts (3) and remove the accelerator pedal assembly (4) from the mounting studs (5).
