Heater, Air Electric (AEH): Operation: Operation

The AEH is an electric heater that uses high voltage electricity to heat a grid. The HVAC blower motor distributes the heat though the housing and into the passenger compartment. The system consists semiconductor elements and an electronic control unit the receives CAN bus data. The control unit provides a PWM signal to the heating elements in order to ensure a uniform heat up of the PTC heat exchanger.
