Installation, Valve Body Wiring Harness

Install a NEW O-ring (1) and gasket (2) on the connector.

Install the wiring harness in the transmission. Install the connector retaining clip (1.

Install the wiring harness loom (1) and fastener (2). Tighten the fastener to 7 N.m (62 in. lbs.).

Install the speed sensor connector (1) on the solenoid clamp.

Install the sensor (3) in the valve body, install the oil temperature sensor clamp (2) and the bolt (1). Tighten the bolt to 7 N.m (62 in. lbs.).

Connect the solenoid connectors and the speed sensor connectors (1).
Connect the wire harness to the clamps.
Install the side cover. Refer to VALVE BODY, INSTALLATION .
Install the Transmission Control Module (TCM). Refer to MODULE, TRANSMISSION CONTROL, INSTALLATION .
