Disc, Clutch: Installation: DDCT

Install the even gear pressure plate ensuring that the groove (1) of the mounting flange (1) corresponds to the oil pipe for the slave cylinder.

Install the even gear pressure plate bolts (1) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 in. lbs.).

Install the even gear clutch disc (1).

Install the odd gear clutch assembly and tighten the fasteners (1) to 20 N.m (15 ft. lbs.).

Install the odd gear thrust bearing tightening the until it touches the clutch mechanism spring tabs. Follow the adjustment procedure in STANDARD PROCEDURE .

Install the protective cap.

Install a new retention clip.
