Cylinder, Clutch Slave: Removal: Manual

NOTE:

To prevent drainage of clutch master cylinder assembly upon slave cylinder removal, it is necessary to make sure brake master cylinder fluid level is full and reservoir cap is installed tight.

Remove transmission from vehicle. Refer to REMOVAL .
Release the retention tabs from the Concentric Slave Cylinder (CSC) (1).

Remove the CSC bolts (2).

Disconnect the hydraulic connection at the case. Release the retention clip (1), then separate the connection (2).

Disconnect the hydraulic fitting (2) from the plastic retainer (1).
Remove the CSC.
