Panel, B-Pillar Trim, Lower: Removal: Removal

1. Adjust the front seat to its most forward position and backrest to its most forward position for easiest access to the B-pillar trim.
2. Remove the front and rear door opening weatherstrips (2 and 3) in the lower B-pillar area.
3. Using trim stick (special tool #C-4755, Trim Stick) or equivalent, starting at the top and working down, gently pry the lower B-pillar trim panel (1) to release the retaining clips.
4. Lift up to release the lower B-pillar trim guides.
5. Remove the lower B-pillar trim (1) from the vehicle.
