Diagnostic Test

VERIFY THE DTC IS ACTIVE

NOTE:

Make sure the battery is fully charged before proceeding.

Turn the ignition on.
With the scan tool, read DTCs.
Does the scan tool display this DTC as active?

Yes
- Refer to U1706-87-LOST COMMUNICATION WITH ABS and perform the U1706-87-Lost Communication with ABS diagnostic procedure.
No
- Refer to STORED LOST COMMUNICATION DTCS and perform the Stored Lost Communication DTCs diagnostic procedure.
