NOTE:

The turbocharger and exhaust manifold must be installed to the cylinder head as an assembly.

Install a new gasket onto the manifold/turbocharger mating surface.
Set the manifold onto the turbocharger studs and install four new nuts (1) by hand.
Tighten the four nuts to 24 N.m (18 ft. lbs.).

Install the turbocharger and exhaust manifold to the cylinder head.
