Insulator, Engine Mount, Right: Removal: Removal

  1. Remove the engine cover.
  2. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL  .
  3. Drain the coolant from the coolant reservoir.

  4. Disconnect the reservoir hose (3).
  5. Remove the coolant reservoir bolts (5) and set the bottle aside.
  6. Remove the wiring harness retainer from the top of the engine mount.
  7. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING .
  8. Remove the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, REMOVAL .
  9. Lower the vehicle to a workable height.
  10. Support the powertrain with a suitable jack. Lift the engine slightly to unload the isolator.

  11. Remove the three mount (4) to timing cover bolts (1).
  12. Remove the two mount (4) to frame bolts (2).
  13. Loosen, but do not remove  the mount (4) to strut tower bolt (3).
  14. Remove the engine mount (4).
