When Monitored

BCM is powered on

EVCU is powered on.

EVCU has commanded the Hybrid/EV Battery Pack Coolant Pump to run.

Thermal system is in active cooling mode.

The EAC is commanded on and is greater than 1000 rpm.

All conditions have been met for 5 minutes.
