Diagnostic Test

Turn the ignition on.
With the scan tool, read DTCs.
Does the scan tool display this DTC as active?

Yes
- Refer to the DTC INDEX - EXCEPT 500L article and perform the U0019-87-Can B Bus - No Signal diagnostic procedure.
No
- Refer to STORED LOST COMMUNICATION DTCS and perform the Stored Lost Communication DTCs diagnostic procedure.
