No Power Electronics DTCs set.
Vehicle in active charging mode.
EVCU cool down timer is greater than or equal to 10 minutes.
Condition One:
EVCU has commanded the Power Electronics Coolant Pump to run at 90% for at least 2 minutes.
Condition Two:
EVCU has commanded the Power Electronics Coolant Pump to zero pump speed.
