Antenna, Satellite: Installation: Installation

- Install the antenna (1) into the antenna mount opening at the rear of the roof (2).
- Install the antenna mounting retainer (3). Tighten the retainer to 7 N.m (60 in. lbs.).
- Connect the antenna harness connector (1) to the antenna body connector (2).
- Clip the antenna connector into the clip.
- Install the headliner (1). Refer to HEADLINER, INSTALLATION .
- Install the antenna mast.
- connect the 12-volt negative battery cable.
- Power up the high-voltage system. Refer to ELECTRIC VEHICLE CONTROL SYSTEM, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Verify operation outside with a clear line of sight not obstructed by trees or buildings.
