Theory Of Operation

The Transmission Control Module (TCM) monitors the Gear Shift Actuator P2 (PPV-1) (ENGAGE VALVE) and circuits for errors. If the TCM detects an error in the Gear Shift Actuator P2 (PPV-1) (ENGAGE VALVE) circuit, the DTC will be set.
